Good morning all, Visual Collective is coming to you from Cottesloe Beach, Western Australia.
We have a guest photographer today, my mate and all round top bloke Beau Mitchell from Perth, Western Australia.
Cottesloe or Cott as the locals call it is the most popular and well know city beach for all Perth beach goers and it's easy to seen why. With its pure white sands, turquoise water and generally flat conditions it's a perfect place to cool down on a hot day.
Cott has it all, with great cafes, restaurants and plenty of places to have a cold one as you watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean. The most recognisable building is the iconic Indiana Teahouse situated right on the beach. This Art Deco building hosts a fine dining restaurant, eateries and the local surf lifesavers on the lower level.
Cottesloe is one of the most stunning stretches of sand I've ever visited, hence why it's regularly voted one of the best urban beaches in the world.
Here on the Gold Coast it's a little gloomy with rain predicted throughout the day. But the good news is, the swell has picked up and it's in the 2-4ft range with light offshore winds early that are forecasted to swing to the NE later in the day.
Have a great day,
